Price & trial
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The 30-day free trial does not ask for a card. You only enter payment details if you keep going after the trial. Cancel any time — there is no lock-in.
Leads
Do you automatically read emails?+
Yes. Connect Gmail or Outlook and we turn customer inquiries into leads — name and contact filled in where we can see them. Newsletters, receipts, and automated mail are skipped. We also email the customer that you received their inquiry, so they are not left waiting in silence. WhatsApp and Instagram you still chat in those apps; log those inquiries in TASXIO in a few seconds so they sit in the same list.
Can you connect to my website contact page?+
Yes. Keep the site you have. Put a TASXIO form on your contact page, or send ads to a TASXIO page we host for you. Those inquiries arrive as website leads, already tagged, ready to quote — and the customer gets a short “we have it” email.
How do you help track where leads come from — and reviews?+
Every lead is tagged with its source. Paid invoices trace back, so you can see which channels actually pay — not just which ones are noisy. When you mark an invoice paid, we can email the customer a Google review request. You can change the wording or turn it off.
Quotes
How do you help with quotes?+
Build a branded quote from your price book, set a deposit if you need one, and send a link. The customer opens it on their phone and taps Accept. If they go quiet, chase from the Quoted column on the pipeline. When they accept, the deal moves to Won and a job is created from the numbers — you do not re-type the quote.
Jobs & getting paid
Do you answer the phone or book the diary for me?+
No. You still take the call and you still put work on the week calendar. TASXIO is where the quote, the job, the invoice, and the review request live once the inquiry exists — not a 24/7 receptionist.
How do you help with invoicing?+
Create the invoice from the job so photos and totals come across. The customer pays by card; money goes to your bank. If you use Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage, sent invoices can sync there and payments record when you mark them paid.
Do my field staff need an app or a login?+
No. Each worker gets a private link to their jobs — address, contact, checklist, and photos. No app, no login, no extra licence.
